MSCI and CSA personnel put satellite into shipping crate before it leaves the DFL. NEOSSat in the DFL. Personnel from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and Microsat Systems Canada Incorporated (MSCI) work on NEOSSatl in CSA’s David Florida Lab test facility at Shirleys Bay campus, Ottawa, Ontario. NEOSSat is a dual-mission microsatellite designed to detect potentially hazardous Earth-orbit-crossing asteroids and track objects that reside in deep space. It is also the first implementation of Canada’s generic multi-mission microsatellite bus.
